Since 1993 CNNA Architects, Inc. has provided inspired design and responsive service to a long list of diverse clients, many of whom are still working with us - since the founding of the company, testimony to our ability to solve our client’s problems and create lasting designs. The firm is proud of its reputation for listening, understanding our client’s vision, creating innovative designs and then nurturing that design from the initial idea to the built environment. One of the reasons for our success is that with every project comes hands-on principal involvement, guiding a talented team of managers, designers, and consultants from the beginning to the end of the project. With over 70 years of combined experience, our principals – Richard Nelson, Chris Nardone and Dan Cash – embody a diverse portfolio of built projects which include commercial, retail, office, hospitality, healthcare, educational, residential, corporate, commercial interiors, government and public sector projects. All three principals are members of the American Institute of Architects and are LEED accredited, demonstrating the firm’s commitment to sustainable design. The firm’s market areas of expertise are diverse and include Retail, Commercial, Corporate, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, Industrial, Mission Critical, Residential/Multi Family, Senior Living and Government. Firm principals also have experience in renovation, adaptive re-use and restoration projects. CNNA commonly leads design teams on complex projects, and where required, brings engineering and specialty consulting firms in as part of the design team. The firm’s primary services include architecture, interior design, and planning. Our employees include architects, planners, interior designers, and administrative employees. The firm’s offices are housed in a former commercial printer’s offices located at 119 Luckie Street in Atlanta. The building was purchased and renovated by the firm in 1995 to create a unique 3 story space.
