Dan Cash, AIA LEED®AP joins CNNA Architects, Inc

CNNA Architects, Inc. is pleased to announce that Dan Cash has joined the firm as Principal. In this new role, Dan will lead CNNA’s overall business development activity, working to strengthen ties with the firm’s existing clients and to coordinate the firm's rapidly growing institutional and public sector team. Dan will be joining the leadership team of Richard Nelson, AIA and Christopher Nardone, AIA, both Principals at CNNA Architects, Inc.  

  

Dan brings 30+ years of experience in both public and private sector work in Atlanta and the Southeast. Before joining CNNA, Dan served as a Senior Vice President in the Atlanta office of HOK, acting as principal-in-charge on important local and regional projects in the Government, Higher Education, and Healthcare sectors. In that role, he had oversight over major projects designed for LEED certification for clients such as the GSA, NASA, the US Army Corps of Engineers and Emory University and also initiated use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) in the Atlanta office.

An active member of the American Institute of Architects, Dan is a registered Architect in Georgia. In addition, he also serves as a Director of the Architecture Foundation of Georgia, and was appointed by Governor Perdue in 2006 as the only Architect member on the State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors.

    

CNNA Architects, Inc was founded in 1993 as a practice of architecture, planning, and interior design for educational, institutional, hospitality, historic / renovation and commercial real estate projects. The practice is active nationally with projects in Georgia, New Mexico, Texas, New York, Massachusetts, and Florida.
