CNNA has a diverse range of clientele and projects including high-rise residential, hospitality, retail, multi-family residential, office, educational and assisted living facilities. Among other things, CNNA specializes in master planning and rezoning efforts. We have completed numerous projects in which we were successful in obtaining NPU and zoning approvals for a variety of clients. (Some of the projects listed reflect experience of the Principals prior to the establishment of CNNA.)
