The project is a unique public-private venture (PPV) to provide much needed higher educational space to the growing City of Hinesville, Georgia. The preliminary building program calls for a two story building of approximately 25,000 sq ft which will include general classrooms, science and computer labs, a student success center, lounge, library and faculty and staff offices.
